How To View Other Storage On Ps4

What is stored in "Other" in the PS4 System Storage. I have 33GB!

I've been searching for a good answer as to what is in this section of storage. Most say that it's the OS and Organisation updates; even so, I have 33GB in "Other" in my organization storage. I have a bunch of games and I'yard running into issues updating games because of storage capacity. Needless to say, I'k trying to go rid of some of that 33GB...Hooowww!?!?!?!

Do you lot take whatsoever updates that oasis't installed? On the Vita (not the same, but might be relevant) the "Other" storage included downloaded updates that hadn't been practical to their respective titles yet.

I think it comprises, amongst other things, reserved infinite for downloads you started.

If you haven't started anything, I would suggest to rebuild the database.

What size drive do you have in there? If yous're using the stock 500GB updating is really piece of cake, I switched mine out for a 2TB drive about six weeks ago and it's been fantastic to take all that extra room.

Patently it holds all of your notifications etc. so if you lot haven't deleted them all attempt that. It may help.

I have a 1TB in there right at present. I simply have a ton of games installed. First world problem, I know.

I know you may not want to, but you might just uninstall a few games yous know you lot don't play.

Messing with stuff that could potentially be the OS and Bone updates, etc, doesn't seem wise. 33gb isn't all that much, actually. About 0.03% of a Terabyte.

Hither'southward how y'all do from the safe mode:

Completely turn off your PS4.
Hold the power push and keep belongings until your hear a second beep. Connect your controller via USB and now you lot're in the safety mode.
Cull rebuild database from the menu.

Someone else said this also but and then they said it was function of the game storage. I guess it makes sense that it would be in other and unremovable.
